Yes! You can drive this car on full electric. It would make a great short daily commuter car. Plug it in to a standard outlet at your house every night and your trip to work and around town is gas free. Yes, the charger is included. Everything works fine. The batteries are charging and holding a charge. I have no idea what the actual range when its charged regularly. Im new to any type of electric vehicle.
