F150HD... yes it is an HD or Max Payload truck. Most people have no idea Ford offered these as long as they did. They are simply better built. They last longer and work harder than a traditional F150. It's my understand you had to order these through fleet services. If your wanting a great, cheap work truck grab this one up. Max Tow, Max Payload, 4x4, Heavy duty axles and the 5.0 Coyote with 6 Speed.
